  Fantastic breakfasts. From receiving our order to putting the plate in front of us we found the service fast both mornings. I'd go back again.

  Pretty good food but the extras they charge you for are ridiculous. I ordered wedges & asked to swap the relish for sweet chilli & the person serving me said no, but you can order it for $2 extra. If you want both aioli & tomato sauce with your chips you have to pay $1.5 extra. May seem like a ridiculous thing to complain about but it all adds up, especially as the food is not cheap in the first place.

  We found a table at the back of the cafe with dirt all along the windowsill, and looking around the whole place could use a proper clean. We went there partly because they claim to have vegan options, but they were unable to provide a salad with a vegan dressing option. The guys had the steak sandwich. The bread was soggy and the steak tough. Won´t be coming back.

  I am a regular at Cafe Cuba. The happy vibe from the staff adds atmosphere as they busily get the food out quickly. They cope well with a full house, no long waits. Great coffee, family friendly, good choice of seating inside or outside.

  Great food, great vibe. Perfect for a sunny day outside on a sidewalk table, or for a quick coffee and cake date (or brunch or breakfast or lunch). Hands down Palmerston Norths best all round cafe. The baked cheesecakes and carrot cake have me coming back time and time again!
