::We have been here 3 times for lunch. The first couple times were great. The third time we waited way too long for the food, but we guessed it might be pub holidays so they were busy. When we finally got the dishes, it’s the wrong order. We told the waitress who took our order. She was like: oh it’s wrong? Damn. So what do you want me to do. Of course we didn’t want to wait again then we just had the wrong dish. She didn’t even apologise or do anything to say sorry. We don’t think we got treated properly, but maybe she just had a bad day. The other waitress was very nice to us. Just want to leave a feedback here.

::Absolutely delicious breakfast. Farm fresh ingredients and great coffee. Varied menu with ready made food/salads available too. Nice relaxed atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating. A must visit when in lovely Martinborough. Highly recommend. We have recently returned here for an evening meal and it was exceptionally delicious. I had the duck which was superb but still had food envy looking at the other meals served at our table of 4 guests which means I will just have to return to sample more of this delicious menu. I could not fault the service, atmosphere or food & beveridges.

::So after reading some reviews on cafes in the area I decided to give Cafe Medici a try. I ordered a mocha and the pancakes (yes I have a sweet tooth). Coffee came out quickly and was one of the best I’ve had. Very tempted to have a second and I’ve never thought of having two in a row before. The pancakes came next and definitely did not disappoint. A good stack and they were yummy. Serving size was great, I finished them and wasn’t left wanting more. I will be coming back here! I saw the eggs Benedict being delivered to another customer and I’ll be trying that next time.
