  This cafe is the best there coffees are the best in onehunga there food is all made on site Fresh and healthy. I give it 10 out of 10.

  I ordered a long black one shot as I always do as this is how I drink my coffee. However i found I was given a flat white. I therefore asked for a change but the woman at the counter shouted at me that is what I had ordered and it was all my fault. I asked her why I would ever ask for a long white as I always drink my coffee black and pointed out the client after me had ordered a flat white and maybe she got confused. She told me flat whites and long blacks were different, really?, and she did not care how I felt. This has been my worse ever experience in a cafe, with the woman shouting at me on top of her voice and totally refusing to listen to me or discuss. Even if I had made a mistake, and I don't think so, a graceful apology and a new coffee served with a smile would have ensured my continued local support. If you don't like dealing with the public you should not serve in a cafe! Terrible service, which surprised me as I have frequented this cafe before and the staff was always very nice, as reviews point out. Maybe a change of owner? Avoid at all cost!

  Food is okay. Their iced coffee was very nice. The people are great.

  I am one of many regulars who get my coffee here on the way to work. They open early so no problem getting coffee & food at 6.30am. I don't usually purchase food but they produce a lot of their offerings on site - it always looks delicious!

  Outstanding coffee and cabinet food. Staff were busy and super efficient under pressure. I tried to take a picture of the food but didn't have time because I ate it too quickly.
