  I'm flabbergasted! Took a client to have a conversation there today and the waitress spilt coffee all over our work. Accidents happen right? Annoying, but oh well. Thing is we got no apology and there was no rushing to clean up the sludgy black coffee from our table and work. Nothing said either when said cup of coffee was replaced. Just plonked down. Girl, you need some serious customer service skills training. Nice coffee tho. But I can get good customer service and nice coffee other places.

  Great cafe. Food was excellent. Surroundings very nice. The store is amazing. Clean, fresh food, good layout.

  Enjoyed brunch with friends. Excellent food, cabinet as well as menu options, service and atmosphere. One of my friends had her 2 us old grandchild. Good cafe for children with outdoor play area and toys inside.

  This place is really gorgeous. Lovely kids menu and playground. Food is nice, nothing to blow you away but just good food and the store is fantastic so many luxury food items I cant find anywhere else in chch. Great place.

  We had been recommended Turmeric Latte but were unsure if we would like it. My son was just going to order one so the 4 of us could all have a sip to see if we all wanted to order one. The lovely lady serving us offered us a wee cup each of Turmeric Latte to taste. We thought this was a really nice gesture. As it turned out we all loved it and each ordered one. We really enjoyed our morning tea ... with very good service and nice clean surroundings.
