  Caltex comries rd should have training in customer service!!!!!!!!!! 9am this morning i need petrol (fill) oil water and tyres sorted for a long trip later today. I live with a broken back and physically went to the counter to advise the assistance i required. They said yes to petrol ... hesitated at oil and water ... and didnt think they could help with tyres!!!!!!!! REALLY?? ... well you cd wait until there is a break - its 10 cents off petrol day and we are really busy!!!@??????? WHAT??? I felt helpless. I can do lots of things but tyres in particular are tricky. Plus, I am a bona fide customer ... also wanting the 10 cents special!! Get a grip Caltex comries road your CUSTOMER SERVICE today was ZERO ... AND ITS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED ... !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I chose not to stay and wait ... drove to another petrol station where my needs were met immediately (even though they were busy and had a small staff on) ... my customer service experience there was positive and helpful ... and made me realise that i need NEVER GO BACK TO CALTEX COMRIES ROAD.

  Friendly service, can be hard to get into at times as they always seem really busy.

  Always fast and friendly service and having a good tyre pump Bay that's not electronic.
