  Websites are down. Google search results are linking to broken web pages and servers not working. If they can't manage basic internet communications without downtime you have to wonder if they offer good healthcare. Spoiler alert. They don't. Patients and citizens should be appalled. 3rd world countries have more reliable digital healthcare services.
