  The staff is friendly and serving. Yeah, its a fast food chain with so much pressure yet they do well. Coming to food, always the best. Famous Star, Classic Carl, Original Angus, Western Bacon and Oreo Shake. Plus, the manager gave me discount. Thanks. Recommended.

  Good alternative to McDonald's, Burger King, KFC. Burgers are full of ingredients and not as slapped together as the other big chains.

  Mean Service! Polite N friendly. Its good when your on a bit of a travel N you get some gr8 out of town courtesy

  Went in late Saturday afternoon, and while the food was good (much better than the one in Hamilton), the experience was let down by the dirty tables all around us. It didn't seem particularly busy either so I would have thought having a staff member clean them wouldn't have been that hard. Having said that, I would still return. Bonus points for table service.

  Food is average. Very little care put in to preparing it. Service is consistently slow, we waited 25 minutes for food today before giving up and getting a refund. Some of the staff are nice and well presented but the one that served us today was the complete opposite! Scruffy and mumbling, made no eye contact. Awkward really. Not an enjoyable experience at all.
