  Found that every-time I went to Carters in Whangarei, the staff would ignore you and you'd be there for ages and ages trying to collect supplies. It's like the staff are too busy too help you and have no care at all of the customer in the yards - I've been there a few times and thought I had learnt the first time.. Prefer Placemakers for customer service and pricing. Do not recommend for trade supplies unless you have lots of time up your sleeve. The young teens that work there are ok though. It's some of the older tradies that can appear rude.
