  Rented a clean and comfortable, one bedroom serviced apartment. Adequate cooking facilities with good selection of utensils, crockery and cutlery. Bedroom at the front, a little disturbance from traffic and late night revellers, but to be expected given the central vicinity. Bathroom with bath and shower, plenty of hot water. Like an apartment there were full laundry facitlities with washing machine and tumble dryer in bathroom.

  The location is in central Wellington, the building has character, it's a far nicer place for long term accommodation than a number of the serviced apartments I've booked before
