::I made an appointment a week ago,rang the day prior too confirm what was needed as a first time patient,arrived 15 minutes early as required,on arrival i was told by staff they had tried too call me?(id given my mb number twice)nothing on my phone?then told i would have to wait 3weeks for another appointment as they hadnt allowed enough time?I have lived and worked all over the world I have never witnessed such a three ringed circus!
