  Called in for help on my legs (just did a ton of damage via a leg workout and then three trails w/Roy’s peak being the one the did me in) and had an appointment with Lauren. I’ve been experienced with lots of modalities before but she hit me with the dry needling. As painful as it was, I knew it was going to do me well. She was very pleasant to talk to and walked me through every stage in the first session. Booked a second one for a little upper body adjustment and got Lauren again. I noticed an immediate improvement in my upper traps, neck, and left shoulder mobility after the treatment. If I was living or visiting Wanaka and needed a small tune up to feel fresh and good, I’d definitely hit up Central Lakes Physio for results.

  I made the switch to Central Lakes after feeling unsatisfied elsewhere and immediately felt comfortable, confident, and very well taken care of under the care of Vicky. It was a great decision for my knee! She is proactive and thorough, really thought through my situation and created a well-rounded recovery plan. She was a strong advocate for me, and pushed to take full advantage of my rights (many of which I was unaware of) through ACC. Vicky is truly great at what she does!!

  I have been using Central Lakes Physio for over 4 years for various minor and not so minor injuries. Vicky and Ashley do a wonderful job, they are compassionate and caring and do everything possible to get you back to full health and movement as soon as possible. They take care of all ACC paperwork and make the entire process very user friendly. I thoroughly recommend their services for all injuries and for prevention work. David.

  Having had previous physio in Switzerland for my knee, and been to other physios here in town, central lakes physio has been awesome. I was given full programmes which are easy to follow and use and gave me help for in the work place and at home. In depth detailed physio put into simple terms that fitted around me and my crazy life! Boosted my motivation to achieve my goal to get back to ski instructing 7 days a week. Awesome support!!!
