::Been on a benefit and been poorly informed on "Genopay" which you need a valid passport and valid drivers license and not knowing a Q card is a framers credit card great vets customer service could be worked on. I am so glad I don't have account here my mother and I are on a low income and were lead to believe all you need to do was go online and fill the info to "Genopay". Just that easy so we came home thinking we can pay it off just simply "go online fill out the info" my mother got approved for $1000 credit "BUT". By not having a DL or Passport she couldn't access the $1000 credit IF WE HAD THE CORRECT INFORMATION WE WOULD OF NEVER HAVE GONE AHEAD WITH THE SERVICE. PLUS PLUS the poor cutting of our cats fur LEFT OUR CUT LOOKING LIKE SHE HAD BE RUN OVER MY LAND MOWER. And all my life I have NEVER EVER heard of a business not be able to REFUND money so that a "Customer" could re-credit back to a "Q" "Card" aka "Farmers" "Card".

::Reception staff were very pleasant, Vet very honest.Had to make the decision to put our dog to sleep. Vet let us spend lots of time with our girl before she went to sleep which was exactly what we needed. We will be forever grateful for the service we received and the compassion shown to humans and animals alike. Thank you

::I have been going to Central Vets for a few years now and couldn't be more happier. None of my dogs are afraid to enter and love all the treats they are given by the staff. I now live over half an hour away but i would not go anywhere else and don't mind the extra distance.

::I had an unwell guinea pig that I wanted to save and the vets here were incredible. They took him in, kept him for a few days and gave him a chance at life. They fed him vitamin c through a syringe and now I feed him pureed veges every few hrs as there is something stopping him from eating properly and he is doing amazing. I would highly recommend these guys and I am truly thankful. No guaranteed my guinea will make it but the effort to save him is truly appreciated and the knowledge I learnt along the way. Thanks guys xxx
