::Rented a property through Century 21 and would recommend you avoid this company, they are a nightmare. First they advised there would be a heat pump put in and old heating system removed once we moved in. It took 3 months for a heat pump and the old (no longer working) gas burner system was never removed. Second the bedroom window broke during a storm as the wood was rotten (again very old) we advised them of this problem and they never fixed the window. Thirdly we moved out in February and have only just received part of our bond money back in July (it shouldn't take 3+ months) and they took out money for damages I'm assuming for the window which was rotten, rotten and garbage like Century 21 avoid them at all costs.

::After a failed and very expensive Auction campaign with another company I approached David Gentry from Century 21 at an open home. He looked over both my home & the past marketing campaign, then we talked through some ideas on my expectations and David suggested no price marketing. Three weeks, and 45 groups later, on the deadline closing, David presented 7 Offers on my home, all above the appraised price. My home was unconditionally sold that evening! ::I wouldn't sell or buy a property with Century 21, especially Nick Schembri. They keep delivering fliers to my letterbox even though I have an 'Addressed mail only' sign. A business and salesman that doesn't care for my needs certainly shouldn't be selling my house.
