  Reasonable variety of organic products however they not meeting all customer's needs I was a regular customer there who couldn't use toilet because I am seen as a treat for health and safety for staff members and I am pregnant I care for my sefty and my baby' safty more than others I think owner of the store needs to look into different situations when it comes use of toilet at their premises. People doing shopping there might not live close to the shop, some might spend more time in the car than usual and get feeling that they need to use toilet and so on. Use of toilet is essential in every shops I have been in many small shops/businesses and they all accomodate this basic need. So either you need customer toilet or you need cleaning service who will protect health of your customers and your staff members but I am very disappointed I do not think I am going back there just because I think it is very ridiculous to not let customers to use toilet in the shop when they doing shopping in your shop and spending money there. I really needed to use toilet due to my pregnancy and could not because the one of the staff members made such drama and was rude that I was so angry and I was spending minimum of $ 200 weekly so because lack of investment into accomodating customers needs I am not coming back for shopping there anymore and you lost very valuable weekly customer. You are not only health shop around this area who has huge organic product variety and you should be aware of that. After all I have to mention that most of the working stuff there are very nice, polite, knowledgeable, kind but only one had such anxiety when it comes rules and regulations and doesn't handle very well customers suggestions or listen customers perspective not to mention she doesn't even try to understand customers perspective. Overall the biggest problem here is lack of the investment in the shop.

  We were looking for a particular product and Ceres Ellerslie went to the moon and back to get it for us. Great for Organic foods. If you can't find what you're looking for - try Ceres first.
