  Heritage Building: Modest, one-storey brick commercial building in simple Classical Victorian style; construction date uncertain but before 1909. In good condition. Very tastefully painted and Glazed in keeping with the character. Significance: Good streetscape value from its corner position and form, and simple Victorian character.
