  I've been a Rotorua local for years and finally went to Cicco today for lunch. Great menu, fantastic service, food was brilliant. Downside - ambiance a little lacking and it was freezing but we will be back!

  Some friends recommended this restaurant so we went there Saturday 10th March. Not much to look at on the outside. Once we were given a table and seated we could not hear the music as the speaker above our table didn't work. When we told the wait staff about this they said it " It hasn't gone in a long time '. The wait staff were great and very courteous and the pasta was great but the meatballs were made from sausage meat and were absolute cheap budget crap. I could have got a better meatball from Mc Donalds at a fraction of the price. This restaurant is catering for an Asian market who wouldn't know what real meat was. Ciccio we will never be back, would rather go to KFC

  Stylish Decor and decadent desserts. I haven't eaten a main course there, but plenty have and seem to enjoy it. I recommend a visit.

  Came here as a group of 8 on a Friday night, and had great service throughout. The servers got to our table quickly and were helpful accommodating the need for a gluten free meal, even double checking with the kitchen to confirm. Serving sizes are very generous! Finished with one of their freak shakes for a perfect end. They also had a great selection of cakes in the cabinets.
