::A very bad insurance company, they will find any excuse not to pay out your claims. It take weeks for them to respond to emails, and they will waste hours of your time chasing/replying to there excuses. I recommend just going straight to the insurance Ombudsman to get any kind of reasonable outcome from these guys.
