::Came in to enrol for a GP, was met by an extremely rude receptionist who made me feel like i wasnt good enough to get a GP haha. Might pay to hirer friendlier faces at your clinic, I'm off elsewhere to enrol.

::Firstly walk in the grumpy old battleaxe at the counter was rude and unhelpful.After hours charges are steep and now I have to get a second opinion to help a problem that could have been solved if I wasn't just treated like a number and shoved out the door.ive owned lot's of businesses and if I had a head of counter like this woman there wouldn't be a business. The doctor I had think the cat had his tonge and absolutely no bed side manner at all they must have been related I think .won't ever go back suggest use alternatives in the area bar this practice.

::Great to have this option available. Knowledgeable and helpful doctors, after hours pharmacy. Obviously you can end up waiting for a while but it is good knowing that its worth the wait.

::As a casual patient and being told waiting time was 20-30 min I waited an hour. Asking about the waiting time I was told there were two ahead of me. After four people had gone in and another 40 min I left (1hr 40min). It seem to me that casuals are put in when doctors are free such as a booked appointment is quick or doesn't show.

::I have to say that in the past the service I received at reception was rude and very unkind. The last few times I've been in I've experienced nothing but excellent service. I do however find it annoying to fill out the form every time. During my latest visit last night with my 2 year old, I said it would be tricky to fill out the form as I couldn't put him down. The lovely new receptionist was great and said, no problem - we can do it together. I was seen straight away by the nurse, taken straight through to the cubicles so I could lay him down, and the doc was only a few minutes after that! I waited longer at the chemist for my script! Keep up the great work everyone! Great customer service and caring nurses and doctors.
