  I went to Janine for fertility acupuncture, after suffering two very upsetting miscarriages this year at the age of 32. She was so supportive, calming, sympathetic and positive throughout the whole process. She is also very knowledgeable about the appropriate vitamins to take and suggested I take a dose of Vitamin D to the level of 4000 IUs. She also looked at the vitamins I was already taking and suggested the correct doses and ensured I was not taking too much of one vitamin. They have a great supply of quality pre-natal vitamins at the clinic. I always looked forward to my sessions and would get a feeling of absolute euphoria afterwards, to the point that I had smile so large, it was frozen on my face! After my sessions, I am so excited to announce that I am at the end of my 20th week of pregnancy with a healthy and very active baby girl. The most wonderful feeling in the world. I will be returning to Janine when I am ready to conceive my second child. Thank you so much!!

  Over the past 4 years, since moving to Wellington from the UK, I have found Melanie Young at City Osteopaths in Breaker bay and the City to have an incredibly positive impact on my overall health, injuries and general sense of well-being. Most recently, after a car accident, my knee and ankle were so sore I couldn't easily do my job as a yoga instructor, my lower back had been problematic since having my children. With regular treatments and advice on exercises to do at home, I am now back to 100% good health and haven't felt this well in years! I'd highly recommend Melanie to anyone who needs expert care from a holistic health perspective. Breaker bay is also a lovely relaxing place to visit her as you can hear the ocean outside.
