  Going to the dentist is never a pleasant experience, it's something I constantly worry over until the appointment is over which is why I am so unhappy with the service provided by City Smile Dental. I had to take time off work for an appointment I booked in two weeks ago for them to tell me that they had closed early and cancelled all their appointments. I would have been okay with them cancelling if they had made any attempt to contact me and tell me that this was happening. This did not happen, I have no missed called, unread emails, unseen texts. NOTHING. And to make matters worse I didn't even getting an apology for them wasting my time.

  Ive been a client here for about 5 years. Every visit is a good experience. Pricing is realistic and manageable. The service is polite and caring.

  Have been going to city smile for a few years now never had anything but a good experience, I'm not that confident with dental work and the dentist always makes sure I'm looked after. Highly recommend

  Totally awesome team. Really considerate of nervous patients and we paid much less than was quoted by two other dentists. The treatment included a root canal and crown work so I would definitely recommend for this procedure if that is what you are looking for.
