  Excellent stay! Staff very friendly especially the French? gentleman who served us when we arrived. Complementary room upgrade was warmly welcomed. Pricing for room service looked ok compared with other chains i have stayed with before. Renovations look like they have started within the complex so it will only get better. Highly recommended and would stay there again.

  Pretty ordinary despite the glamour pictures. The units are very roomy and would be good for a family. Arrived on a very cold day and the unit was cold and no heating evident. Finally found some small heaters which had very little impact. It is handy to town and the cable car.

  Booked online, arrived on crutches and staff were so thoughtful. Nothing was too much. Perfect place to be if you need to be in the city without having to drive anywhere. Beds were extremely comfortable, rooms very clean, highly recommend as a great place to stay in Wellington. The downside which has nothing to do with the Hotel is the water is very chlorinated and I miss an open window and fresh air but understand that this is difficult. Everyone there went out of their way to make life easy, thankyou!

  Good central location. We had a 2 bedroom which provided tons of space. Has washer and dryer in the unit. Big plus.
