  I approached Cockram Nissan in an effort to introduce our new product "Securi-Lid" which is a secure lid for utes. I was immensely impressed with the attitude of everyone in Cockram Nissan from Jacob down. They were courteous and fantastic to deal with and we were invited to install our product onto one of their display vehicles. Great people to deal with all round. Many thanks guys.

  The Parts department is useless ! I phoned today 25/10/17 to enquire about parts for my NZ new Nissan. As it's not a common model so I thought I'd call ahead to confirm availability. The response I got was "we don't have a listing for those just come in and we will match something up" At no point was I asked any questions at all nor did he even bother to look anything up. Called another Nissan dealer and what a shock there is a part listing and I've ordered the correct part. They need to pick up their game.

  I took my car in for a service and WOF and was not initially satisfied with the service I received. After reaching out to management, I was able to discuss and resolve all outstanding queries and issues directly with the Service Manager, Jodie. He was more than happy to listen to my concerns and relay this back to his team. The professionalism and quick response in which the team at Cockram got back to me was excellent, and I'm happy with the overall service. Cheers team.

  Tried to arrange a warrant service check this afternoon. Rang twice. Left a message. On my final phone call I was simply hung up on. No one got back to me. Crap service. One phone call to another workshop and check was arranged. Don't think I'd bother with Nissan Cockram again
