  Bright, happy, helpful team . . . Yummy food, awesome cakes and slices, wicked selection of teas and coffees . . . Brilliant little spot !!

  Disappointing since new owners came in. I have given them chance after chance but they just don't seem to get any better. Wanting to over charge me (different to price on menu) as minimum wage went up and they have been to busy to change the prices. She also said I needed to remember that they are a small business. I have given up

  This shop and deli is a local secret tucked in the heart of Remuera. The shop has tons of character, a unique tea tin collection forms a small part of its kitschy vibe. With ample leg or wheel room there is a chance for private assignations or business meetings. The menu is varied with vegetarian options, try a blueberry muffin or a sizeable egg roll; definitely grab a chocolate milkshake-very nice. On top of all that culinary goodness it is also a tea and coffee shop. You can buy loose leaf tea and coffee beans, along with a seriously wide variety of paraphernalia. Turkish coffee pots compete with traditional tea pots and all the rest. They even sell a wide range of Bialetti pots. This shop is worth a visit if you want to stop and enjoy a rare moment in life. Just ask for water when ordering expresso-a tad on the bitter side.

  Very nice place making great tea and coffee. Has it's own character , which is light years away from anything mainstream.
