  Always a fantastic stay. Honestly one of my favorite hotels anywhere. Very clean, quiet, and an absolutely amazing staff who make sure you have a great stay. It's worth every single cent.

  Amazing and outstanding service. we stayed in the sir Edmund Hilary suite and it was breathe taking. a very special treat for me and my partner and we were very overwhelmed with the attention to detail and thoughtfulness of the staff. The room had a number of very special iconic things from Sir Ed that give the room a unique touch. Breakfast was delicious and again the staff were so friendly and helpful! The outside scenery was so beautiful and had a really nice kiwi feel with all the fern trees. Best place in Christchurch I highly reccomend 5stars!!! We will be back!

  We stayed here overnight as we had a very early flight out of Christchurch. It was the right choice to make! The room was clean and comfortable, the food from the restaurant was fantastic and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and the requests we made for assistance with disability aids were met very quickly and with a minimum of fuss. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

  There’s so much to like about this place. The staff were incredible. The restaurant was amazing, they went out of their way to check GF foods to make sure it was safe. Perfect rooms for a night before a flight. Rooms were clean and super comfy. Nice big pool with a spa. Really good value for the money. Free airport shuttle. Drink vouchers. We’d definitely be back. Thank you
