  I started using CTA when I had a puncture, great service and a fair price. However about a week later the tyre was flat again, I was attempting to change to the spare but I couldn't undo the wheel nuts. I called CTA and one to the team came out to my place, changed the tyre and took the flat away for repair. Great service and I wont go anywhere else for my tyre needs.

  They told me I needed to replace my air conditioning pump because it was faulty. Said it would cost $500 and they would need the vehicle for a full day. Told me to stop using the air conditioning. I then checked with an auto electrician who said there was nothing wrong with the pump and it was working as it should. Have continued using the aircon with no problems. Will not be going back to this garage.

  They gave me a WOF then tried to make it sound like they were doing me a faver. They said I needed new tyres they marked them at 1.6m told me to come back within 4 weeks or they would pop! Turns out when I went to get new tyres (somewhere else) they told me I still had 3.5m on them. So these guys were trying to sell me tyres when I didn’t need them. Extremely frustrating!

  I started taking our cars there about two years ago. They have always been great. They are busy and I can see why - they are getting repeat business. They have demonstrated exceptional integrity on a number of occasions and often "do the thinking for you" to save you hassle and money.

  Maybe the best garage I've ever went to! I had to go there a few times in my few months in Christchurch, because I bought an older used car. I got recommended this one through my co-worker, who is a regular customer there and it was exactly like she said. Good no non-sense service, all my problems got fixed and gave me good advice on how to keep my old girl running. I actually paid less than quoted on two occasions, because the fixes were easier than they first thought! Never had that going to a garage before! Especially great since I'm a backpacker, so being a lasting regular customer was never an option. I'm a very, very happy customer, who highly recommend them for everyone!
