  Callum was awesome - rang to say he would be a few minutes late. Communicated and did a superb job. the whole process from booking to altering the booking to confirmation was brilliant - thanks.

  Copas was the 2nd electrical company I called, after half of the lights in my house stopped working, and I rang to get a quote for a partial rewire (which is what 1st company told me I needed.) The receptionist told me there was a 2 week wait on quotes, but when I told her about the situation of no lights, she spoke to the boys, and offered a solution. Calum could come the following morning, to see if he could get the lights going, then get a quote if required if it did need rewiring. Calum came, found the trouble, and on my agreement, ran only one new wire and got the lights working again. It took a few hours but Calum worked fast and was a very nice smiley man to deal with. Sincere thanks to both the receptionist Margaret and electrician Calum for outstanding service. You both saved me a lot of money too.
