  Nice place. Clean. Buffet good but not great. Some rooms have great views, others none. This is one view from our room.

  The room is comfortable, and nice room temperature control on a cold early spring. Bed is soft but good to sleep in, and best things, has enough pillows for my habit. 10-15 mins easy walk to Queenstown mall where mass restaurants and stores are.

  Only stayed there 1 night last week when we went up to Queenstown, the room was nice and clean. My 5 years old son lovely the spa bath, beautiful view from our room. It's convenient to city centre, they have all the facilities you can ask for. Guess the only downside was it was a long way walk to our room since it was at the very end of the hall way but no biggie.

  Staff were friendly and nice but the decor and cleanliness were a bit average. First room we had with lake views and little balcony was worth paying slightly more for. Good location for heading to town.

  A really clean room with a short distance to town. Good parking options-off street or paid. Loved the hot tub and that it was private. Got the lake view and it was the best decision ever made. Didn't try the room service but it looked decently priced actually so worth a shot. I would book again as its tucked away nicely away from the hustle of town but it's less than 10 mins walking.
