::Have loved my time at bootcamp and my fitness has improved amazingly, as well as lost a bit of weight! James definitely makes the early wake ups worth it and is a very motivating trainer, always mixing things up and keeping sessions interesting and fun while working up a sweat! ::I'm currently half way through my second boot camp with James and find the 6am sessions fit well for me and have even got my boyfriend into it, he recently stopped smoking, and wanted to take the next step, and get fit. He loves it, especially the boxing and noticing how much fitter he's got. James is a great motivator, especially on those cold, wet and windy mornings, but after a few warm ups, you don't even notice. Thanks James for the encouragement, great sessions and your expertise!

::Having never been a fan of gyms and failing DIY at home, I googled personal trainers. I met James first and really liked his personal, non-judgmental and genuine approach - so I signed up then and there. He's fantastic to work out with and gives you exercises that match your ability level, extending them as you progress. There's no chance of boredom as no two sessions are the same! James makes exercising fun and rewarding, and your risk of injury is zilch, as you have him there to ensure you are executing your “moves” correctly!! Also, his wealth of knowledge in fitness and health is a huge bonus. It's money well spent and an investment in your long term health. Anyone out there looking for a PT..... he's definitely your guy! ::I workout with James twice a week in the my own home, as going to a gym has little appeal. My fitness levels, blood pressure, cholesterol levels have all significantly improved working with James for the past 9 months or so. His personal approach to fitness is ideal for me and he regularly changes the format to keep the exercises interesting. His extensive knowledge from his ongoing studies and his years as a personal trainer are excellent benefits.
