::Beautiful place . just go to the quarry gardens that's were everything is. When you turn into Russell road you will see a sign saying coronation park don't bother parking there's no point doing the walk this walk is pretty much vertical and goes nowhere so unless you need a work out just continue round to the quarry gardens that's were all the Google photos are taken

::Brilliant walk up through a seemingly never ending subtropical forest. Very peaceful. The track is well maintained.

::A nice place to go for short or long walks, with scenic views and lookouts to dense forest and birdlife to see. Very close to whangarei Town. Tracks are in mostly well kept conditions with steps built in, except for some areas that can be rough, especially in wet conditions. Refer to the Department of Conservation website for the grade and length of tracks.

::Took my wife here for her birthday lunch. We were blown away by the setting of the cafe and the gardens. I would recommend this place as a must visit.

::Awesome place built with the help of volunteers. Transformed an old quarry into a Nationally recognised Place of Significance that continues to grow through the tireless work of volunteers. Gardens to cater for all tastes.
