  Great place to get your stuff. Has a few different brands compared to paknsave which is nice. I personally shop at both places

  An annoying policy around buying alcohol - they didn't accept our Australian ID (drivers license - not just some made up dodgy ID) and wouldn't sell a bottle of wine to a 27 year and 40 year old. Being a bit smarter and using some common sense around how you apply your policies will definitely lead to better customer service outcomes. Come on guys, you can do better.

  I like going here over some of their competitors due to the cosy feel of the store layout. Not always the cheapest but I don't feel like I'm walking through a warehouse. I'm not a fan of self serve checkouts so always look for a human to process my groceries.
