  Lots of ready made meals you just have to heat up. Lots of other supermarket items as well. Not as cheap as Paknsave

  Is this the busiest Countdown in New Zealand? The staff do very well to keep it all ticking along nicely if it is. Even when there is a car engine on fire in the Carpark.

  Big supermarket, very good variety of drinks and food. This countdown includes pharmacy and you can get freshly baked bread. The customer service is good and there is good variety in payment systems. There is a car park with disability mobile facilities as well as the toilet. This countdown includes money exchange shop so don't worry if you have foreign money ( just check the time of the money exchange opening and closing).

  Whose idea was it to split the lanes in half? Not a fan of this idea. I got a cute reuseable bag though. Countdown has a good range and reasonable prices. I just don't personally like the store layout.

  Is the main countdown I go to as I live in the city. It is very big and has plenty of produce. They have added more self checkouts which is nice and the self checkout line used to get very long. Sometimes the prices don't match what is on the mailer which can be a bit annoying, have had to double check, especially with the meat section. The staff if you ever need something seem to be pretty helpful and the checkout staff are nice too. The carpark sometimes smells super weird however.
