  Great branch that's easy to access and plenty of parking. We've always had great customer service from the team and they've always kept the shelves nicely stocked.

  Nice Staff. Easy to find what I wanted to buy. But why is the baking isle so dirty with flour, icing sugar etc all over the shelves? Dont you have cleaners to clean that up?

  Countdown undertook a revamp three months ago. Own Brand is good value. Fruit and vegetables very good particularly their odd bunches.

  friendly staff whiling to help and have a good humor to. As you can see from the reviews every one loves this place. How ever a friend thinks other wise for he went to get his usual Beers and because someone at Countdown Hornby could smell beer on his breath he was unable to buy. He was sober not drunk and night and day and other liquor out lets who have an off licence sells beer and spirits unless intoxicated. Do supermarkets have a different off licence?

  Always clean and tidy with friendly staff. My Kids love being able to grab a fresh piece of fruit every time we turn up which keeps both dad and children happy as they munch. Was there to pick up a parcel and the staff happily attended to my needs!
