  3 people in line, two Pharmacists behind the counter. No one being served. They didn’t even look up to see if anyone was waiting. Waited in line for what felt like an eternity, finally gave up and left. Legend has it, the other customers are still waiting to this day.

  Extremely slow at getting anything done. It's been 5 mins and they still haven't even asked for my script.

  The weekend male pharmacist was extremely rude to me. I went to Windsor urgent pharmacy and where I was treated politely and with respect. My family has been going to the Countdown pharmacy since it opened but we won't any more. That's four customers they have lost not one.

  Rude staff who closed their doors before their finishing time & told us if we wanted to get prescriptions to drive to Dunedin!. Unbelievable!..

  Worst service. Rude staff. After being bad served I went straight to unichem. I'll never be at Countdown pharmacy again
