::Staff efficient & polite -but ZERO "above & beyond"- which, in the pharmaceutical industry (responsible for not only health & wellbeing - but the very LIVES of their customers)-SOMETIMES a little flexibility/considering an individual's circumstances (case-by-case) & arranging solutions if required...is simply part of this business. I'm QUITE sure staff want to be closed/out the door at 8.01pm....but, is it WORTH someone's LIFE?? Services should be reduced here. I'd suggest one-off (+emergency) dispensing while in store only + OTC retail products...a possible compromise, if staff not willing to take on full responsibility that being a primary healthcare provider entails. Up your game or down-size. Don't risk lives.
