  Often missing items I am after. Older women at counters are GRUMPY! Actually go to New World more often than I would like because of this.

  This is a good convenience supermarket but it isn't particularly Friendly.

  In general, a small supermarket with not many checkouts and often not a full-range of brands. There is one staff member who is very friendly and professional but doesn't make up for the most recent experience with a horrible woman (different to the checkout operator) who approached me as I drew up with a trolley to the checkout and greeted me not with a with a hello, or how are you, instead she spat out "do you have bags" "yes" I replied "put them up first" and then stomped away. I'm not an idiot I do put up my reusable bags first but I didn't even have a chance I hadn't even put the first item on the conveyor belt before she spoke! It was very patronizing and I felt like walking out but other staff would have had to put the stuff away. Not an experience I will be repeating when the competition across the road is always incredibly friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble.
