  I, like others, have been frequently affected by the courier's inability to operate a doorbell and the company's refusal to do anything about couriers falsely claiming 'no acess' just because it's an apartment. Other companies have couriers that can make successful deliveries, but courier post consistently fails to get the job done.

  They destroyed a laptop in transit and the follow up on that is a text stating "no claim due to inadequate packaging". It was in a box and 3 layers of bubble wrap. Crooks.

  Truly the worst courier service we endure. Overnight items can take a week and their internal scanning system is so inadequate that it means they often have no idea where the package is. They only know where it has been.

  Unfortunately I can't give a negative star rating so 1 star is stretching it a bit. An experienced courier delivered a package to our address and decided to be lazy and leave it in an unsecured area (where it could have been stolen) of our apartment building without attempting to contact us to say it had been delivered. Tenants have had packages stolen from our building's mail box area before due to this lazy practice shown by some couriers. Not even a calling card was left to say we could pick our package up from the depot. This courier deserves to be sacked for this lazy practice. I will definitely not be recommending Courier Post to any one.

  Seriously? Couldn't give me a correctly written tracking number. Because I cannot get my parcel transferred thanks to someone not doing their job properly it means I have to travel 1 hr 15 by bus to go pick up some tiny parcel that could've been left with all the parcels in our mailroom! Do not understand how other companies manage to deliver every time and Courier Post can not. You don't even try the buzzer!
