  I went to Creswick because my Nissan Tiida was powering down (turning off while driving). Very dangerous. They had the car for 5 days with very little communication (we had to ring for updates), they kept telling us they had to do some research, they ended up changing a filter which cost us $300. They had terrible customer service and I was so mad I didn’t go back! Why should I pay for them to spend hours researching something other mechanics already know? We took the car to a Nissan mechanic they checked the cars scanner and knew right away.

  Have been taking my cars to Raj and the team for years for WOFs, tyres and mechanical repairs. Without fail I have had excellent service on every occasion and never had any problems. Can't recommend highly enough!

  Terrible. Incredibly slow with zero communication and still very expensive.

  Our family have been customers of Raj and previously his father for many many years. I joined the family 20 years ago and in my experience Creswick Garage provides the best service - quality work and customer relations - better than any other garage I have ever used. Nothing is too much trouble for Raj and the team. They do a lot of extras to make my life easy and keep me on the road with my busy schedule. thanks Raj and team - you are the best!
