  Amazing views over Queenstown! Huge hotel! Decent size, quite tidy bedrooms. Very lovely professional staff. This place is in the ideal location being so close to town, everything is on your back door step. Great bar and a great spot to leave for to go for a nice morning walk. Cant wait to stay again!

  The Lakefront view was awesome. Miss waking up to that view. Our stay was great. Excellent maintenance of rooms and friendly staff. Kinda had a misunderstanding with the front desk at our checkout and it took time to sort things out. But nevertheless it was great! Cant wait to go back.

  This is a great place to stay while in Queenstown. The view from our balcony was fabulous and the location couldn’t be better. I greatly appreciated the guest laundry facilities.

  The view from the room is fantastic if you get the lake view room. It's close to everything which Queenstown has to offer. The breakfast selection is really good. However, there are a few issues with this place. - Check-in process is extremely slow. Staff's behavior on the reception isn't the best. They definitely need to improve upon it especially when they know that they will get a lot of overseas visitors. - This isn't like a 5-star hotel as there is no pool or sauna. The mattress is saggy, poor lighting in rooms, bathroom is average and the most annoying part is that the sink wouldn't drain quickly! We have enjoyed our stay in Queenstown but if we were to return, we would probably look somewhere else to stay!
