  more than worth, must try the milk shakes n strawberry cupcake 😋😋😋,the best service and communication I have received at any other place, a girl welcomes you with a cheerful smile and serves u in her best possible way with always smiling gesture 😬😬, 5 out of 5 😇

  Horrible service at both beckenham and Riccarton stores. Lack of customer service and communication. Had ordered a cake for my sons 6th birthday that cost me $100 and when I had received it, had looked nothing like what I had requested, completely had fallen apart within 10minutes of having it. When I had called them to let them know the employee was totally rude aswell as the manager that was trying to dodge my phone calls. I was told I would be refunded, had driven all the way back over to the other side of town on my sons birthday to be told I will not be. In the end after arguing for atleast 40 minutes I received my refund. Would never ever go there to purchase a cake again, instead I sent to Divine cakes where I received amazing service and a fabulous cake for just a quarter of what I spent at cup cake collection. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anybody unless you are just purchasing their cupcakes they make day to day. Would rate the 0 stars if I could.
