  Very poor service and questionable business ethics. ... I was sold a bike that was far from described - it took literally months and only when I threatened with legal action the matter was resolved.... Scumbag

  Came in last Sunday the place was busy, was served by Kevin & Anjil both so helpful, patient with my silly questions, I watched everyone downstairs get helped out with personal service & rapport by the staff despite it being busy. They helped me out of a tight jam with a last minute helmut delimma am very greatful. Only place open in Auckland on a Sunday when they themselves could be out in the sun enjoying a Sunday ride...everyone here obviously has a passion for what they do & make everyone feel looked after makes a huge difference if you are interested in getting a bike they'll help u figure it out! Great service thanks! 🍻😊

  They've serviced my bike twice now and I'm really happy about it. Costumer service was excellent. Would come again.
