  We are regulars. We like the tasty food and always friendly service. Butter chicken is above average!

  Thoroughly disappointing experience, nothing particularly wrong with the food, but one member of our table had their order completely forgotten, and when asked about it the staff were totally unapologetic, and no attempts to remedy the situation were made by them, leaving that table member hungry and upset. Then to add insult to injury, when going to order dessert we were told that one of the two dessert options was unavailable. Shocking service

  The quality of the food is always exceptional and the service is very good with staff always happy to answer questions and offer advice of products used in the meals.

  We've been to this restaurant many times. The food is delicious, the set-up is great, good space for small and large groups, but the staff aren't friendly. They seem to be upset all the time. We stopped going there a few months ago.

  Tried food at their counter at TSB arena for Diwali 2017 event.. horrible.. its stale!! after 2 bites whole plate went straight into dustbin in front of them & they just looked other way. I am surprised at 4+ avg rating for them here. I would never ever touch food from Daawat.
