  . (12/2017) Good location on Lambton Quay and can be easily spotted from afar. Pretty big and spacious compared to other department stores in CBD. Well maintained. Good range of products. Friendly and helpful staff. Amiable service. Nice ambiance and well managed floor area for browsing around. Nice and clean changing rooms are available. Good amount of amenities including a café. Maintained very well. There is no dedicated parking space for this store although lot of street parking can be found around. Wheelchair parking is available and there is wheelchair accessible entrance.

  WOW, not comparable to Ozzy stores. Messy, cramped, chaotic. Not enough space for way too many products. Highly unpleasant.

  Best department store I have been too in a long time. Fantastic product range. Staff can seem somewhat interrupted if you ask them for assistance. Tom Ford counter and staff are worth a visit though....perfection
