  I went to get my hair lightened for a ombré colour and they made my hair go orange and did it so high up it made me look like it was regrowth and I don't think a normal 14 year old has regrowth and even worse they though that the disaster they made in my hair was called ombré. I was there from 10.30 in the morning till 4 in the afternoon also Very rude workers too!

  I went to get my hair washed as I do most Tuesdays. But they don't wash hair on Tuesdays!!! A hair salon that doesn't wash hair, I thought that would be a basic service. Makes it very hard to shop locally.

  Awesome customer service and the best prices I've seen in town, they do walk in appointments too!
