  Very helpful staff who know about what they sell. Also have sharp prices, a great repair service, some cheap second hand tools and are the local authorized Makita agents.

  The best supplier of 2nd hand tools in NZ. Carefully laid out around the shop you can browse and choose at your leisure with friendly helpful assistance of needed. And if like me you remember they have the item and you call they'll despatch to wherever you are. Noe that's service!

  They try to upsell, however they seem to have good product knowledge and are able to provide good solid advice, and their prices are very reasonable

  The shop is like a wonderland for big boys. Got an awesome deal. The team are helpful and friendly. It's a cool little Shop.
