  I've been a customer of DTR for quite awhile now. I started with the Whangarei store and continued when I moved to Christchurch. Having dealt with the crew in Whangarei, they set the bar pretty high, but I think the crew in Christchurch have definitely met it. The friendly, personal service and willingness to help make a package work for you means less hassle, and quicknturn around for what you need, be it a new addition to.your home (electronics, furniture, etc.) or a quick loan.

  Poor service get accused of stuff u didn't even do they take ages to contact u back staff have bad attitude staff not up to speed on company policy
