  Tell me on service tham aircon compressor leaking and need to be replaced (3000$ price). In fact other diesel engineer from Auckland check it and could not see any problems (all works excellent). So poor and unqualified service!!! would not recommend at all.

  Recently, while travelling home to Wellington from the Bay of Islands, we had one of the front fog light bulbs on our Jaguar XK8 fail. As we use the fog lights to augment our visibility to other motorists, I called into Duncan & Ebbett in Hamilton after searching for Jaguar dealers on the web. We arrived at the service department, with no appointment, and asked if there was any chance of them fitting us in for a bulb replacement. The front desk staff could not have been more helpful - even though the service department was fully booked for the day. Within minutes a mechanic appeared to take our car into the workshop, and he even paused for a second to give us directions to a local coffee shop. By the time we returned with our coffee, the job was done. And to top things off, the bill was WAY less than we expected. Top marks to the entire team!
