  Rang up yesterday to see if they had a product for my grandmother, was told yes, grandmother went down 10 mins later to pick it up only to be told they didnt have it. She told them I called 10 mins ago and they said they did have it, so the woman tried to act dumb and said "well we have a similar product not the same one" , it was the exact same product we had discussed on the phone so she made my grandmother feel stupid and embarrassed her. Never again will we use that phamarcy even if it is the local. Rude people.
