  Clean. Very clean. I have done maintenance work in a few fish and chip shops and this is the cleanest. Nice lunch too.

  Edgware Takeaways, take away my heart more like it! I've lived all over the country and sampled some of the most reputable f'n'cs, the ones that people say are the best in the country, Auckland, Ham, Wellington... but those all lack the flavor and selection that old ET serves up. You've got the classic fried menu, classic, but everything is about twice as big! I'm not kidding aye, get the fish, they're monsters! They do a mean curry spring roll. The burgers are massive too, awesome selection, the fella in there will mod it out too if you ask. But the crowning jewel of the place is that they do souvlakis. They're so good aye, should be serving them in a full on Greek restaurant. They must be sprinkling crack on em or something because I wake up at night in a cold sweat, shaking if I haven't had a large, with extra lamb in a few days. Best chippa in NZ
