  Recently stayed here had numerous issues with the room plus reception department. Location was not as close to town as they originally said. Our toilet was constantly leaking water all night. Main window didn’t have a curtain to block out street lights at night. Only 1 key card worked from day 1 . Room had limited items, the “double bed” was only 2 singles pushed together , they don’t have a proper reception front desk area or phone in the room so to pay our bill we had to walk to another hotel 10 mins down the road where the “reception area” was actually . I emailed weeks before to ask for early check in and never helped with this issue , for the people who actually got a “view room” only saw a construction site at the front. If anyone is looking to find somewhere to stay in Queenstown I do not recommend this place, as our first time visiting here I definitely regret staying here and was told wrong information when booking and it would of been better to pay and extra $100 a night to stay closer and well managed and professional apartment !

  Such a nice and safe place. Good view of the lake, you will love it if you are on a honey moon. Got a jogging track along the backside of the hotel. Nice if you love photography. comes with 24 hours free internet. You will love the kitchen if you are a foodie or a person who loves cooking.

  Best hotel/apartment I have ever been to. Stunning view and luxury feel! Absolutely amazing :D
