  Initially service was amazing. How ever this week have phoned 6 times and emailed to try and speak to a person who can help as we have no gas. Ordered bottle Monday came Wednesday. still no gas. Phoned message service many times they said someone would call. this has not happened. About to change companies.

  We installed new heating and our bottled gas requirements changed. Completely ran out of gas, live in a rural area and Elgas still sent a truck and a super communicative and helpful driver to assist us. Outstanding service beyond the call of duty. We will never forget and will never change suppliers.
